SIVANANTHAM TS (Siva)

Director & CEO

With over 28 years of resolute IT experience, Siva, one of the founders of TES, is the inspiration for many of our professionals. Having worked in IT companies in India and UK, Siva brings with him a wide perspective of ideas and innovation. His flagship institution being a US based Telecom Company where he was commissioned as the COO, a zeal for abounding avenues always appealed to Siva. With his passion for new ventures, Siva started the Indian operations for a US based company, J&B Software in 2000. He played a pivotal role in steering the company to a steady revenue growth and process certification. Apart from these exceptional roles, Siva was also an advisor to companies before pursuing his all time aspiration in 2007 – TES. Siva has a winning combination of both business development and technical expertise in his long career and his experience in leading start ups to success adds tremendous value to a new venture like TES.

BALA BALASUBRAMANIAN (Bala)

Chairman

Having acquired 30 years of abundant IT experience, Bala is the pioneer behind TES’ inception. He founded J&B Software in 1984 and spearheaded J&B’s growth into an industry leader. In his over 20 years of emphasis in developing advanced payment processing solutions at J&B Software, Bala has brought together innovative technologies, business experience and entrepreneurial skills to deliver state-of-art solutions to more than 165 FORTUNE 500 companies and government agencies throughout the United States and Canada. This unique accomplishment has made him a very successful entrepreneur with a great vision in embarking on new and niche areas of business.

		Binu comes to TES with extensive experience in architecting products and providing software consulting services for top Multi-National companies.Before joining TES he worked as a consultant for Telecommunication Service providers in USA providing design and implementation solutions for various services like Wireless, Cable TV and POTS. He has worked as Program Manager for Office Tiger responsible for managing multiple offshore software development teams for large clients. He has developed OSS/BSS products that form the back-bone for communication providers for provisioning and billing various services. As part of the development team at Umevoice he has developed Speech Recognition Systems and Tools for Wall Street traders. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University of Madras.
